Some other info about the Indian Real Estate.

I believe after the Stock Market debacle, all eyes are set on Real
Estate, another booming market in India and everywhere else. To
analyse the veracity, please follow the links I found and would like
to share.

Any comments/feedback/suggestion, are more than welcome.

Gist: An AGAINST article and inspite of fact, it purely discusses US
Real Estate markets, I have included this as one might get an
idea/feel for the 'current' anti real estate factors. For Americans,
it might be the Warning bell, but going by the Stock market history as
to when NASDAQ sneezes, BSE catches cold, it might get a hint for us
as well.

Gist: WARNING. This is an year old article but reason for including it
is the wide array of factors used in researching the real estate
market. Reading this article should definately call for a
reconsideration of the factors used to view the Real Estate Market, till date.
